By using the KOLO Academy website or enrolling in any programme, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Enrolment and access

Enrolment is confirmed once payment is received. Course access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold or reproduced without written permission.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Intellectual property

All course materials, templates, recordings and branding remain the property of KOLO Academy. You may use them for your own learning and business, but not for redistribution or commercial training by third parties.

Certificates

Certificates are issued on satisfactory completion of assessed work. They confirm completion of a KOLO Academy programme and are not a statutory or regulatory qualification.

Conduct

We expect respectful conduct in all sessions and community spaces. We may suspend access where conduct is abusive, discriminatory or disruptive, without refund.

Changes to programmes

We may update curriculum, schedules or facilitators to maintain quality. Where a change is material, we will notify enrolled participants.

Liability

Our training is educational. We do not guarantee specific business or financial results, and we are not liable for decisions you take based on course content.
