Refund Policy

We want you to be confident enrolling with us. This policy explains when a refund is available.

Courses

• Full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before the programme start date.
• 50% refund if you cancel between 7 days and the start date.
• No refund once the programme has started or once downloadable materials have been accessed.

Memberships

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Part-months are not refunded.

Events

Paid event tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event. After that, you may transfer your place to a colleague at no cost.

Corporate training

Corporate engagements follow the cancellation terms set out in the signed proposal or contract.

If we cancel

If KOLO Academy cancels or reschedules a programme, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next available cohort.

How to request a refund

Email info@koloacademy.com with your name, programme and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
